We primarily provide Vedic Healing, Holistic Health & Wellness Coaching services delivered digitally (live sessions, courses, downloads) and may occasionally ship physical merchandise (e.g., workbooks, event kits). This policy explains how and when you receive access to digital purchases and how we handle shipping for any physical items.
- Digital Services & Products (Default for Most Orders)
• Instant Access (e-mail): For self-paced courses, templates, or downloads, we send your access link/license to your registered e-mail immediately after successful payment confirmation. Please check your inbox/spam.
• Account / Portal Access: Program access may be provisioned via our learning portal/community (e.g., TagMango). You’ll receive onboarding instructions within 5–15 minutes of payment.
• Digital Storefront: If you purchase through our digital store (https://bit.ly/digistore-drdeb), access details are provided on-screen and/or emailed immediately after payment.
• Live Coaching / Consults: Session booking links are emailed within 15 minutes of purchase. You can schedule available slots as per your convenience and our calendar.
• If you do not receive access within 30 minutes: Contact us (details below) with your order ID; we will assist promptly. - Physical Merchandise (If Applicable)
Order Processing
• Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Dispatch days: Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).
• Origin: Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Estimated Delivery Time
• Within India: 3–7 business days post-dispatch.
• Remote locations (India): 7–10 business days.
• International: 7–21 business days (subject to customs).
Note: Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier load, weather, strikes, or force-majeure events.
Carriers & Tracking
• We ship via reliable partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post or similar.
• Tracking details are shared by e-mail/SMS upon dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.
Shipping Fees
• India: Calculated at checkout (weight, destination, speed). Free shipping may be offered during promotions.
• International: Rates vary by destination and weight. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are payable by the recipient.
Address Changes & Delivery Attempts
• Change request: If you entered an incorrect address, e-mail us immediately after ordering. Changes may not be possible once shipped.
• Failed/Refused delivery: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated delivery failures, we can reship at actual cost once it returns to us.
Damages, Loss, or Shortage
• Visible damage on delivery: Please refuse the package and ask the courier to mark it as damaged.
• Concealed damage/shortage: E-mail us within 48 hours with your order ID, photos/videos of the outer box and contents. We’ll coordinate a replacement or resolution as appropriate.
• Loss in transit: We will investigate with the carrier, keep you updated, and arrange a replacement or refund as per outcome.
- What’s Not Shipped
Coaching sessions, assessments, consultations, and most program materials are delivered digitally and not physically shipped unless explicitly stated. - Order Status & Support
• To check your digital access, search your inbox for our onboarding e-mail (subject like “Welcome to Vitality Wisdom Hub / Access Instructions”).
• For physical orders, use the tracking link shared on dispatch.

• Do you ship internationally? Yes, for select items. Customs/Import duties are borne by the recipient.
