Digital Product Policy
All our offerings are delivered digitally and become accessible immediately upon purchase. Because of the non-returnable nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once a product has been accessed or downloaded.
We encourage all customers to review product descriptions and previews (where available) before completing a purchase.
Support & Exceptional Situations
While refunds are generally not offered, we understand that special circumstances may arise. You may contact us within 7 days of purchase if:
- You are unable to access or download your product,
- You accidentally purchased the same item more than once, or
- You believe there was an error in the transaction.
In such cases, we are happy to assist and may offer a refund at our discretion.
Administrative Fee for Refund Exceptions
For approved refunds where the product has not yet been accessed, a small administrative processing fee of 10% of the purchased product value may be deducted to cover transaction and handling costs.
This fee does not apply to cases involving technical faults or duplicate charges.
Store Credit Option
As an alternative to refunds, we may also offer store credit for future purchases, where appropriate. This helps maintain fairness for both the customer and our small, purpose-driven business.
